OLCA was hailed as the top performing school in the LPU Inter-High School Academic, Skills and Cultural Competition held at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, October 5.
Besting all the other participating schools, chosen OLCAns represented the name of the school in different categories in the prestigious annual event.
Bluein Ingrid Lumbao and Nhami Inocencio Pablo placed second in Dance Sport (Chacha Category). Denise Calvelo and Ma. Althea Pauline Catubay won third place in the Cake Decorating Contest. For the General Information Quiz Bee, Laurence Andre Agojo, Patrick Angelo Montenegro, and Russel James Catibog bagged the first place.
Following the OLCAn tradition of winning the major titles for Mr. and Ms. Teen LPU, Maria Vivyen Khryzzantha Aseron was crowned Ms. Teen LPU 2019 and bagged awards including Best in Formal Attire and Miss Freeda. In pair, Ryan Kenndrick Olaguer was hailed as Mr. LPU Teen First Runner-Up and Best in Formal Attire.
The abovementioned awards contributed to the proclamation of OLCA as the Overall Top Performing School out of the 47 participating schools all over the province of Batangas.
